Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Dropin ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dropin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App. You are solely responsible for:

• The content you create and store in the App.
• Ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Backing up your important data.

4. Subscriptions

Dropin offers optional subscription plans ("Pro") with additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

8. Data Loss

While we strive to provide reliable services, we are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to device failure, software issues, or user error.
• iCloud sync failures or Apple service disruptions.
• Loss of data if you uninstall the App without proper backup.

We strongly recommend regularly backing up important data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
